As the leaves begin to change and cooler temperatures arrive, it's the perfect time to prepare our homes for the season ahead and reconnect with neighbors. This fall, Prescott Downs has several exciting opportunities for residents, from discounted home services and community events to volunteer opportunities that help make our neighborhood shine.

Through our partnership with Unison Services, Prescott Downs residents can access group-rate home maintenance services performed by trusted professionals. Services are offered at flat-rate pricing, making it easier to plan and budget for routine home maintenance.
Whether you need gutter cleaning, pressure washing, bin cleaning, pest control, or other seasonal services, Unison makes scheduling simple.

🎟️ Join Us for the Home Services Showcase
Want to learn more before signing up?
Stop by our Home Services Showcase on October 8 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM and connect directly with Unison representatives. Residents can learn about available services, ask questions, and explore exclusive neighborhood pricing.
And because home improvement conversations are always better with good food, we'll also be hosting a Food Truck Night during the event. Thanks to Reliable Waste, food truck vouchers will be available for the first 25 families who attend.
🍂 Fall Home Maintenance Reminders
Before winter arrives, consider tackling a few seasonal maintenance items around your home:
Clean gutters
Service your HVAC system
Test smoke alarms
Refill gas supplies if needed
Winterize exterior hose spigots
Reverse ceiling fans for colder weather
A little preparation now can help prevent bigger issues later in the season.
👻 Get Ready for Boo Bash
Halloween is getting a neighborhood upgrade this year.
Our annual Boo Bash will take place during trick-or-treating on October 31. Residents can register their cul-de-sac as a Boo Spot, creating a fun and festive experience for families throughout the community. Participating areas will also be eligible to compete for the coveted Best Boo Spot title.
A hayride shuttle will help connect participating locations and make it easier for families to enjoy the festivities.
🎄Help Us Deck the Entrances
Looking ahead to the holidays, we're seeking volunteers to help decorate the community entrances on November 14. If you have outdoor lights, garland, or seasonal decorations in good condition that you'd like to donate, we'd appreciate your support.
This is a great opportunity to meet neighbors and help create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone entering Prescott Downs.
