Welcome PPM as the Prescott Downs Management company!
PPM has been selected as the new management company for Prescott Downs, effective September 1, 2026. PPM has provided association management services across the Triangle since 1985, and we are pleased to welcome Prescott Downs as one of the more than 275 communities we serve.
After 25 years with a single management provider, this transition is designed to bring modern communication tools, improved transparency, and stronger operational support to our neighborhood.
Resident Portal & Resident App
Starting September 1, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the new Resident Portal and phone app. These platforms will serve as your go-to resources for:
Viewing your homeowner account information
Accessing governing documents and forms
Submitting questions or requests
Staying informed through announcements and updates

What’s New for Prescott Downs
This management transition introduces several enhancements designed to strengthen community connection and streamline communication:
Resident newsletters with timely updates from the Board and management
Community calendar featuring events, maintenance schedules, and seasonal notices
Digital access to covenants, architectural forms, and meeting minutes
Improved communication channels for quicker responses and clearer information
Structured operational support for long‑term planning and community upkeep
These additions complement the upcoming Prescott Downs community website, which will launch in coordination with the management transition. The website will serve as a public‑facing resource, while the Resident Portal and Resident App will remain your secure, resident‑only tools.
HOA Dues
Prescott Downs dues will remain on an annual basis for 2026. If you have not yet made your annual payment, you will be able to do so through your PPM account after September 1. Residents wishing to set up auto-draft for their dues can update their account information following this date. Please note that any current balance or credit with the association will be transferred to PPM and reflected in your online account about 15 days after the transition. Also attached in this email is PPM’s payment options.
