Our neighborhood has officially transitioned to PPM as our HOA Management company. We have started this partnership with Financial Services only and will evaluate the partnership over the next year. This change was a direct request for several years at the annual HOA residents' meeting, and we have done the research to set our HOA up for long-term success, both as a board and as residents, with new offerings. See your emails or recent posts to learn more. This will streamline communication and give residents access to a modern, easy‑to‑use portal and home services programs such as Unison Solutions.

Once registered, you’ll be able to:

View your account balance
Update billing preferences
Submit maintenance requests
Access community documents

How to Pay Your HOA Dues

PPM offers several convenient payment options. Choose the one that works best for you:

Online Payments

Pay by e‑Check or credit card through the Pay Assessments tab on the PPM website. (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, and Discover accepted. Transaction fees apply.)

Mail a Check

Send payments to: PO Box 1379, Commerce, GA 30529 Include your association name, property address, and account number.

Pay by Phone

Call (919) 516‑9404 to pay with Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, or Discover. (Transaction fees apply.)

Bank Bill Pay

Use your bank’s bill pay service and mail to: PO Box 1379, Commerce, GA 30529 Include your association name, property address, and account number.
